Ante Up For Africa Selected by PKR.com

PKR.com, a leading online poker site has revealed that players will be able to benefit the charity organization Ante Up For Africa as the poker room has nominated this organization as its charitable partner for the following twelve months. PKR will be offering a series of activities in order to raise funds and awareness.

Ante Up For Africa was founded in 2006 by Don Cheadle, Norman Epstein and Annie Duke as a non-profit organization dedicated to helping needy Africans. Over three million dollars has been raised by the charity to date for its partner organizations that include the Enough Project, the Darfur Peace and Development Organization and Refugees International.

PKR.com’s players can now benefit Ante Up For Africa by way of cash donations using loyalty points, participating in charity tournaments and pledging a portion of their online tournament winnings to this non-profit charity. PKR.com’s team of sponsored professional players will be wearing Ante Up For Africa branding at all the major poker events.
